W\u00e4hrend die Gesamtzahl der VC Deals im Jahr 2020 weltweit stark zur\u00fcckging, stiegen die globalen VC-Investitionen im Vergleich zum Vorjahr an. Investoren konzentrierten sich vor allem auf Deals in der Sp\u00e4tphase bzw. auf Unterst\u00fctzung von Unternehmen in ihren bestehenden Portfolios. Der europ\u00e4ische Stimmungsbarometer von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.venionaire.com\/\">Venionaire Capital<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.venionaire.com\/services\/venture-sentiment-index\/\">\u201eEuropean Venture Sentiment Index\u201c<\/a> zeigte eine rasche V-f\u00f6rmige Erholung. Im Gro\u00dfen und Ganzen kam \u00d6sterreichs Startup Szene, bislang mit nur wenigen Konkursanmeldungen durch die Krise. Ger\u00fcchten zu Folge stehen allerdings viele an der Kippe und k\u00e4mpfen ums \u00dcberleben.<\/p>\n<h2>INVESTITIONEN STEIGEN TROTZT KRISE<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Zu Beginn der Pandemie herrschte weltweit gro\u00dfe Unsicherheit \u00fcber die bestm\u00f6gliche Unterst\u00fctzung von Portfolio-Unternehmen. \u201eNach Einf\u00fchrung <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aws.at\/richtlinien\/richtlinie\/covid-19-startup-hilfsfonds\/\">des COVID-Hilfsfonds<\/a> in \u00d6sterreich folgten (rasch) viele Finanzierungsrunden.
