Session 1: Finding and selecting promising startups

Session 1 of the Early Stage Investing Program imparts financial and legal know-how for angel investing. The focus is on

  • Valuation approach
  • Valuation methods
  • Financial diligence
  • Legal diligence

Session 2 includes:

  1. comprehensive guided home study material
  2. 2 days face-to-face masterclasses
  3. remote coaching
  4. personal strategy check

First, participants will receive guided home study material to learn the fundamental concepts and theories in angel investing. In following masterclasses we will discuss best practices and elaborate investing strategies of each participant. Based on the outcome of the masterclasses, participants will get written exercises, following by remote coaching and one-to-one feedback concerning the personal strategy.
